To expedite order processing, we have launched our own band saw welding service.
Cutter bands with widths of 20-41 mm are welded according to your order and shipped to the customer within 24 hours.
What we need to know to quickly process your order:
- name of the cutting band,
- cutting band parameters (length, width, thickness),
- cutting band pitch (number of teeth per inch),
- number of pieces e.g. MOST M42, 3660 x 27 x 0.9 mm, 4/6 - 10 pieces.
If you are unsure about selecting the correct band saw blade, our experienced staff will be happy to provide application recommendations.
For this purpose we need:
- material name intended for cutting (if possible the German material number DIN),
- material cross-section (for pipes, cross-section and wall thickness),
- material shape (round, pipe, profile, etc.),
- surface state (quality) (forged, rolled, cast, drawn),
- type of cutting (single, layer or bundled with number of layers or pieces and their configuration / sizes and shapes of bars in bundles),
- band saw blade size (length, width, thickness),
- machine type (for twin-column machines, please also specify beam tilt / cutting angle).
