Description

Multifunctional, semi-synthetic, high-quality emulsifying concentrate intended for a wide range of machining operations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Very good anti-corrosion properties, high resistance to bacteria leading to extended coolant service life.
Used for machining operations such as: cutting, turning, milling, drilling, threading of medium and hard-to-machine materials, as well as grinding operations.

How to use: prepare the emulsion by adding the concentrate in a thin stream to water while mixing continuously.

Dosage:

Grinding 3-4%
Rough turning 3-5%
Finish turning 5-8%
Band saw cutting 5-8%
Finish reaming 5-8%
Threading 6-10%
