Instructions for use
Before using ATOX 80E, familiarize yourself with the safety rules for handling the product provided in the product's safety data sheet. Before use, dilute ANTOX 80E with water in a 1:1 ratio. The material should be immersed in the diluted ANTOX 80E solution. First pour in the water, then add an equal amount of ANTOX 80E. The recommended duration for the pickling bath is approximately 30 minutes. Afterward, thoroughly rinse off ANTOX 80E with distilled water. Rinsing with pressurized water is particularly effective. Any liquid formed after rinsing must be properly treated according to local regulations before being discharged into the sewage system.

Pickling and passivation process for stainless steel - Immersion method (in a bath)
1. DEGREASING
- ACLEAN 400 – degreasing (action time 5-10 min) or
- ANTOX 75E - removal of foreign rust and brightening of the steel surface (action time: 5-20 min.)

6. HIGH-PRESSURE RINSING with water - minimum 140 bar

Wastewater disposal:
Because the rinse wastewater is acidic and contains heavy metals, it must be collected. The collected rinse water should be disposed of in an environmentally responsible way. Deliver it to your own wastewater treatment plant (consult with your treatment plant operator) or have it disposed of by a specialized company.
