Instructions for use:
Before using Antox 75 E, familiarize yourself with the safety principles for using the preparation in the product safety data sheet. Antox 75 E is ready to use and should not be diluted.
Surface use: recommended working time approx. 20 – 30 min. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing with pressurized water is particularly effective.
Use on welds and surfaces with discoloration: parts which after etching should show an optically as seamless as possible transition between treated and untreated areas should be covered with Antox 75 E. After approx. 20 – 30 min. exposure time, Antox 75 E is removed from the welds and discolored surfaces with abrasive felt. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing with pressurized water is particularly effective. The liquid generated after rinsing, before being discharged into the sewage system, must be treated according to local regulations.
Shelf life: 36 months
Wastewater Disposal:
Since rinsing waste is acidic and contains heavy metals, it must be collected. The collected rinsing water should be disposed of ecologically. Hand it over to your own wastewater treatment plant (consult your treatment plant operator) or commission disposal to a specialized company.
