Directions for use:
Before using Antox 75 E, familiarize yourself with the safety principles for the use of the product as specified in the safety data sheet. Antox 75 E is ready to use and should not be diluted.
Surface use: recommended action time approx. 20-30 min. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing with high-pressure water is particularly effective.
Use on welds and surfaces with deposits: parts which after pickling should have as seamless a transition as possible between processed and unprocessed areas should be covered with Antox 75 E. After about 20-30 min of action, Antox 75 E is removed from welds and surfaces with deposits using abrasive felt. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing with high-pressure water is particularly effective. The liquid resulting from rinsing, before being discharged into the sewer, must be treated in accordance with local regulations.
Shelf life: 36 months
Wastewater disposal:
Since the rinse wastewater is acidic and contains heavy metals, it must be collected. The collected rinse water should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Dispose of it through your own wastewater treatment plant (consult the operator of the treatment plant) or entrust disposal to a specialized company.
