Instructions for use:
Before using Antox 75 E, familiarize yourself with the safety rules described in the product safety data sheet. Antox 75 E is ready for use and should not be diluted.
Surface use: recommended exposure time approx. 20 – 30 min. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing with water under pressure is particularly effective.
Use on welds and surfaces with discoloration: parts that after etching should visually have the most seamless transition possible between treated and untreated areas should be coated with Antox 75 E. After approx. 20-30 min. exposure time, remove Antox 75 E from welds and stained surfaces using abrasive felt. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing with water under pressure is particularly effective. The liquid formed after rinsing must be purified according to local regulations before it is discharged into the sewage system.
Shelf life: 36 months
Wastewater disposal:
As the rinsing wastewater is acidic and contains heavy metals, it must be collected. The collected rinsing water should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Submit it to your own wastewater treatment plant (consult the plant operator) or commission its disposal to a specialized company.
