FANMIG 212 LCD is a modern inverter semi-automatic welding machine for welding using the MIG/MAG, TIG DC (arc ignition by scratching), or MMA shielded electrode methods. The device features synergic control and a large set of programs for welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Additionally, a program for brazing with CuSi3 filler wire Ø 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm is available.
FANMIG 212 LCD is a compact unit, meaning the power source and wire feeder are housed in one casing. The rear shelf can accommodate a gas cylinder up to 120 cm in height.
The device is powered by a single-phase 230 V network. It is equipped with a PFC (Power Factor Correction) filter. The advantage of inverters with built-in PFC is higher energy efficiency, reduced network loading (smaller fuse required), greater tolerance for supply current fluctuations, and less interference generated by the device.
The 4-roller wire feeder allows welding with wires from 15 kg / K300 spools.
Recommended steel wire diameters are 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm, for aluminum 1.0 mm. After polarity reversal, self-shielded flux-cored wires Ø 0.8-0.9 mm can also be used.
