      § 40.1 The employer is obliged to ensure systematic controls of safety and health conditions with particular attention to the organization of work processes, technical condition of machines and other technical devices, and to establish methods of recording irregularities and methods of their removal.
      § 51.1 Machines and other technical devices, hereinafter referred to as "machines," should meet safety and health requirements, specified in separate regulations, throughout their entire period of use.
      § 51.2 Assembly, disassembly, and operation of machines, including their use, should be conducted in compliance with safety and health requirements and ergonomics, considering instructions contained in the technical-operational documentation.
      § 57 Machines and tools and their protective devices should be maintained in a state of technical efficiency and cleanliness ensuring their use without harm to the safety and health of workers and used only in processes and conditions for which they are intended.
