    Textile slings are light compared to chain slings and have a safety factor of 7:1.

    ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE MINISTER OF ECONOMY, LABOR AND SOCIAL POLICY of August 28, 2003, regarding the publication of the unified text of the regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on general health and safety at work regulations.

    § 40.1 The employer is obliged to ensure systematic inspections of health and safety at work conditions, with particular attention to the organization of work processes, the technical condition of machines and other technical devices, and establish methods for recording irregularities and methods for their elimination.
    § 51.1 Machines and other technical devices, hereinafter referred to as "machines," should meet the health and safety at work requirements specified in separate regulations throughout their period of use.
    § 51.2 Assembly, disassembly, and operation of machines, including their maintenance, should be conducted in compliance with health and safety at work requirements and ergonomics, considering instructions contained in the technical-operational documentation.
    § 57 Machines and tools and their protective devices should be maintained in a technical condition and cleanliness ensuring their use without harm to the safety and health of employees and used only in processes and conditions for which they are intended.
