§ 40.1 The employer is obliged to ensure systematic checks of safety and health conditions at work, with particular attention to the organization of work processes, the technical state of machines, and other technical devices, and to establish methods for recording irregularities and ways to eliminate them.
§ 51.1 Machines and other technical devices, hereinafter referred to as “machines,” should meet safety and health requirements specified in separate regulations throughout their period of use.
§ 51.2 Assembly, disassembly, and operation of machines, including their handling, should be conducted in accordance with safety and health requirements, as well as ergonomics, taking into account instructions contained in the technical-operational documentation.
§ 57 Machines and tools and their protective devices should be maintained in a state of technical efficiency and cleanliness ensuring their use without harming the safety and health of employees and applied only in processes and conditions for which they are intended.
