This Kemppi ready-to-weld package includes the DELTA 90+ welding helmet with an auto-darkening XA 47 welding filter and a shade range of 9-15. This package also includes the FreshAir Flow Control system.

WELDING & RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IN HARD HAT WORK AREAS

Kemppi introduces the Delta +90 XFA models, built to provide the very best head protection for welders and fabricators working in the toughest, most extreme working environments and conditions. This range is perfect for welding applications in all kinds of industries, such as shipbuilding, mining and construction sites to name a few.

This line of models, when combined with the FA Flow Control system competes with the best of welding respirator systems. Clean breathable air is channelled over the welder’s face from a choice of personal options; Li-lion battery-powered filter pack or the air source supplied locally. The welding helmet was constructed to deliver a comfortable breathing zone thanks to a positive air pressure design. This is certified to TH2 standard in the European Union and promises more than 98% of contaminated air remains isolated from within the helmet.
